In recent times, there has been an impression that every former "Deadpool" cast member would also be returning for "Deadpool 3," along with the addition of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. However, it is now clear that at least one beloved character will not be returning.
German-American actress Zazie Beetz confirmed in an interview with Decider that she will not be reprising her role as Domino in "Deadpool 3." This may come as a surprise to many, as she was a significant part of "Deadpool 2." While she stated that she has no information about the third film, she is definitely looking forward to seeing the outcome.
The project has recently been a subject of discussion due to the writer's strike, which prohibits any changes to the script on set. This poses a significant challenge for Ryan Reynolds and the team, as they typically rely heavily on improvisation to find the best jokes.
However, there is good news as well. Unlike many Disney productions that have been heavily delayed, "Deadpool 3" is now slated for an earlier release date. Instead of November 2024, the new US release date is set for May 3, 2024. We can expect a similar release timeframe in Germany.
